Oyster Bay, N.Y. Cracks Down on Social Media at Work
The town board revised its information technology policy to prohibit employees from communicating official documents, data, email and other information without authorization from a department head and the public information office, according to Government Technology. Legal experts support the town's efforts to control release of its information.
