NASCIO 2024: MyTN Mobile App Centralizes Services for Tennesseans
In 2020, the Tennessee Department of Finance & Administration’s Strategic Technology Solutions partnered with various state agencies to create a mobile application that puts access to most citizen services at peoples’ fingertips.
We caught up with Jerry Imsand, Tennessee’s executive director of shared enterprise solutions, at NASCIO 2024 in New Orleans to learn how the app is being used today, lessons learned and what comes next.
