Texas CIO to Retire

Karen Robinson will retire from her post as CIO and executive director of the Texas Department of Information Resources by year's end, according to the agency. As CIO, Robinson has championed a number of challenging projects, including cybersecurity, data center consolidation, cloud computing and mobile devices.
