Gain Visibility into Mobile Devices

Here's one product to manage the fleet, plus facts and figures about mobile deployments.

IT leaders who need to manage large-scale deployments of smartphones and tablets should consider AirWatch's Mobile Device Management solution. Available as an appliance, software as a service or licensed software, the product can manage Android, Apple, BlackBerry, Symbian and Windows devices from a single console.

Useful security features include the ability to require a device password, encrypt the device and storage card, and lock or wipe the smartphone. AirWatch also aids device rollout by configuring device settings, provisioning access, and distributing and managing internal, public and purchased applications and content.

AirWatch Mobile Device Management allows administrators to perform remote diagnostics and remote control to support users. Other benefits of the AirWatch tool include real-time visibility into the mobile environment and better management of the entire mobile-device lifecycle.
